Located in Chartres, in Eure-et-Loir, Ossa Bois France collaborates with a specialized engineering office and relies on a modern production plant equipped with the latest generation machinery in Kosovo. This synergy guarantees a tailor-made design and factory fabrication protected from weather conditions, ensuring a consistency of quality impossible to obtain on a traditional building site.
Our workshop prefabrication process allows performing most of the structural work (wall assembly, integrated insulation, window installation) under optimal safety and control conditions. This modern method significantly reduces overall implementation time and optimizes resource use by minimizing construction waste on site.
Once the different modules or panels are completed and certified compliant, they are transported with the greatest care to your land. The final assembly is then carried out by our certified assembler partners throughout France. In just a few days, the water-tight and wind-tight structure is erected, ready to receive interior finishes for a fast and peaceful move-in.
